Barack Obama and public financing
Monday, June 23rd, 2008On yet another flip flop, Barack Obama has gone against his primary campaign promises and says he’s now going to skip the public finances that he promised to use. Yet another broken primary promise and makes you wonder what else he will go back on. He’s justifying it by saying that the system is broken and the republicans will have unlimited funding thanks to 507 groups. I am calling Barack out on this one as the system hasn’t changed. Just his posistion as a frontrunner and not the underdog. Makes you really question what other proises of his he will change up to suit his needs. So much for change. Seems like the same political tactics of old.
