  Hey, how about Carly Fiorina?! She’s been campaigning with Senator McCain and co-hosted a special town hall meeting last Saturday for disgruntled Clinton supporters. She would be a great choice as she could help in two areas: (1) disgruntled white women who are pissed off over the way Senator Clinton was treated; (2) economic/business expertise. It’s a long shot but she is MY pick for Republican veep.

Of course it’s being run in a manner that would force most business’s out of business.   http://www.susancollins.com is a fine woman and I do like her plans of being energy independent by 2020 pleases me very much. That’s the way this country needs to be thinking. But she also gives the other side some ammunition. There is the whole thing about running on the premise that she would only serve two terms. A promise that she didn’t keep. But people change their minds so can’t attack her to much for that. But then again Senator Obama when in 2006 asked if he would serve his full 6 years as senator. Said “Absolutely.” we know that wasn’t exactly true. But things change and people in power tend to want to stay in power. Just how our system works these days.
